A New Home!
A couple of days ago, my parents picked up the keys to their new apartment in Sengkang. After over 10 years in Yishun, they have decided to seek a new environment, and their choice was Sengkang.
I was happy with Sengkang - it brought them closer to Bedok. A mere 15 minutes from Aquarius.
Over the next few days, we’ll be painting and cleaning. Its not a lot of work, and we’ve got flexibility to stretch it over a few days.
The last year has brought a lot of changes. Their move from Taiping to KL. Moving from Yishun to Sengkang. I must admit my parents are still imbued with a spirit of restlessness. Or to be fair, I should say my father.
