Its not often I’m without my mobile phone, but last night, my Nokia 7210 stopped working. It was a strange error - the keypad just locked up. Just like a computer error, except that it resisted all efforts to restore it to operational state. Took out the battery, restarted, nothing worked.
I dropped it off at the Nokia centre earlier tonight. There was a huge queue - it took 30 minutes just to drop it off and get a ticket. Nokia still commands a large following, despite falling behind recently in technology and designs, and one doesn’t have to go far to get support.
