Arjuna’s Visit
My sister and her husband visited Singapore today. Its the Hari Raya long weekend in Malaysia too, so they decided to drive down with my favourite nephew, Arjuna.
The good thing about living in Aquarius is that people come to visit sometimes because of the amenities. The pool at this condominium is excellent - its quite large and has a small water slide that’s always a hit with kids. There’s a water park with funky pipes and jets of water. For the adults, three jacuzzi pools are available too.
Arjuna is an 11-month old toddler. He has a great smile and is great fun to play with when he’s in the mood. I always make sure that the parents are around so I can hand him back whenever he gets cranky. Although that doesn’t make him any less adorable. Especially in his overly large swimsuit, thickly padded like a diver’s wetsuit. He paddled in the pool for 30 minutes before being hauled out. He hasn’t learned to cry when playtime stops - we’ll see how long that lasts!I’m sure everyone has their own favourite babies to crow about, and so do I.
